Manchester United's season started excellent as they few spectucalar matches. They looked like they could even beat the dominating Barcelona and Real Madrid. Some people thought that Manchester United had not played better for a long time. However, then United started to make dissapointing matches starting with the loss from their city rivals, Manchester City by 1-6. They fall out of the Champion League and they were behind Manchester City by 5 points in the Primiership. On top of all United lost against Crystal Palace in the Carling Cup. Manchester United was able to take their matches by only one goal and their play was horrible. However, there is still hope for Manchester United to pick themselves up because of their win against Wolverhampton. The first goal fell in the 17th minute and it was by a beautifull performance by Nani who passed several players and then executed an excellent shot. The next goal was by Rooney and he managed to score in the 27th minute and Nani made the assist. Wolverhampton managed to decrease United's lead by scoring in the beginning of the second half. Nani scores for the second time by an assist of Jones. Rooney follows Nani as he scores his second goal for the match making the result 4-1. Manchester United's fans still have some hope as their team has a chance to reach Manchester City as they are only 2 point behind them.
