'Now let's keep it going'

Liverpool are three points behind Tottenham in the race for fifth, and despite Harry Redknapp's side having a game in hand they still have to play at Anfield. Spurs travel to Chelsea on Saturday evening, but whatever the outcome of that game Spearing's only concern is another three points for the Reds when Kenny Dalglish's former club Newcastle United arrive at Anfield on Sunday. "We can't look too far ahead, we have Newcastle this weekend and we need to get three points and keep the pressure on Tottenham," said Spearing. "We can't keep worrying about what other people are doing in the league, we have to keep working. "The club seems on a high at the moment and we are keeping it going by putting in good performances. "We have been doing a lot of work together and it is starting to pay off in games. "The confidence which Kenny gives everyone bounces back to him and anyone who comes in (to the team) gels straight away and the training we are doing every day is showing on the pitch. "We are working hard for one another and the good thing is as soon as we lose the ball we are fighting to get it back again and it is that desire in the side now that we want to keep going until the end of the season and finish on a high." The Wirral-born midfielder is enjoying his football under Dalglish and he is grateful for the chance he has been given to show what he can do at the highest level. "For a lot of us, including myself, it is a chance for us to get a step in and show people what we are capable of doing," he added. "For me it is about putting pressure on the likes of Stevie G and for Jack and Flanno it is to put pressure on people like Glen Johnson so you can see there is a fight for places."

Kenny thanks City fans

Kenny Dalglish has thanked Manchester City supporters for their impeccable observation of Monday's minute's silence at Anfield. The stadium fell silent prior to kick-off in memory of the 22nd anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster, as well as in tribute to Lance Sergeant Mark Burgan and David Fairclough's wife, Jan. Dalglish wrote in his LFC Weekly column: "This week is the 22nd anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster. "At the game on Monday night the minute's silence for those 96 fans, and also for soldier Mark Burgan and David Fairclough's wife Jan, was brilliantly honoured. "We'd like to thank the City fans for that. They deserve a great amount of credit for their behaviour. It shows that people can put aside their football rivalries."

Krav Maga, or why this would never be an official sport

Krav Maga, the israeli combat system, is simply too brutal, too fast and too effiecient to be pronounceed a sport. Indeed, there are tournaments, but their are either a "mixed" combat systems fight tournament, or are local and very unofficial (and often illigal) But what makes it so dangerous? It is simply the techniques. the idea behaid Krav Maga. The sport was originally established to protect the jews from the nazi attacks. The founder of Krav Mage, then fled to the region of nowadays Israel, back then all known as Palestine. Later his followers (and himself) established the basis of the Israeli Army. So the this combat system is not suitable for the ring, it is suitable for war. Nearlly 100% of the combos and the advanced techniques are designed to bring either constant death or permenat damages, and even to disable the opponent for a long time. That is why a proffesional using the the Krav Maga's technieques would most likely kill you before you have the time to give up, or before the referee has time to stop the game. Thus, the sports introduces many strikes that are designed for using or protecting for things like pistols, riffles, knifes, police bats, and torpfas. The combat system has been absorbed by many special police forces such as S.W.A.T; Spetznaz, S.A.S and many others. That is why this can never be a good sport. But it cam be a good weapon.

Manchester United have ended Chelsea's Champion's League hopes

Manchester United beat Chelsea 2:1 and qualified for the semifinals of the Champions League. The Red Devils once again proved to be the black cat that stood in the way of the London team to the most valuable prize in club football in Europe. Chelsea craved revenge for losing the final in Moscow in 2008, but with a 0:1 defeat at Stamford Bridge put Carlo Ancelotti's team in a very disadvantageous situation. United had never disappeared from the European stage after a win on away goals in the first game today and they have continued the tradition.

The Red Devils took the lead with a goal by Javier Hernandez in the 43th minute and Didier Drogba equalized in the 77th, when Chelsea was playing already with one man less. A few seconds later, the Korean Park Ji Sung put a point of dispute with the crucial second goal for United.

Hosts manager Sir Alex Ferguson has made surprising moves by the choice of the starting lineup. Dimitar Berbatov was again ignored and the attack on the Red Devils took the lead from the first leg scorer Wayne Rooney and Javier Hernandez. Veteran Ryan Giggs and Michael Carrick pair shaped inner midfielders and wing began Luis Carlos Nani and Park Ji-Sung. In defense gathered Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic. Left-acted Patrice Evra and John O'Shea replaced right Brazilian Rafael da Silva.

The result of the Stamford Bridge was predetermined in offensive scheme Carlo Ancelotti. Torres found a place among the holders, despite its total failure until the blue jersey. Support the Spaniard on both flanks had to put Florent Malouda and Nicolas Anelka and Didier Drogba left the reserve. In defense line of Londoners appear longer treating trauma Alex, who took the place of his compatriot David Luiz. Other defenders for Chelsea were Ashley Cole, Branislav Ivanovic and John Terry. Ancelotti relied on three players in midfield - alongside Frank Lampard stood Ramires and Michael Essien.

Chelsea's players had no intention of waiting for a mistake in the protection of United and tried to press his rival in his half. Initial minutes passed under dictation of Londoners and the first who created a more interesting situation to one of two doors, was Chelsea, but the breakthrough of Ramires was blocked. The Red Devils responded with a fine incision of Park Ji Sung in the penalty area. Korean sought to pass the incoming Rooney, but the ball was cleared.

Chelsea continued to dominate, and in the 15-minute Lampard made a serious omission. He received an excellent pass from Malouda but from the point of penalty the shot was too low and not difficult to Van der Sar. Torres still couldn't find a place on the ground and was more of a spectator of what is happening around him. In the middle of the half the kid showed some technique in the penalty area and after a pass Anelka made a powerful punch with the left leg, but Van der Sar correctly judged that the ball that was going out.

The first half hour recalled to many for the match at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea attacked more but United didn't worry about it much because the attacks that Chelsea performed weren't much dangerous. In several situations midfielders hosts were concentrated and allowed Ramires and Essien to make continuous raids in midfield, but they didn't lead to something dangerous. The hosts were more cautious, but could easily lead the 27th minute when Rooney centered on Hernandez and Mexican stuck with the ball head in the door of Petr Cech. Chicharito left to enjoy, but the linesman had raised his flag and the goal was annulled for thin offside.

At the end of the first United controlled the game already. Attacks on the team were not much, but one of them lift the crowd at Old Trafford. John O'Shea passed the ball to Giggs with a through pass, and he slipped out right in the penalty area and cleverly crossed by land to the rushing Rooney and Hernandez. The first missed the ball, but from a few meters Chicharito directed it in the net.

The second half started with the expected substitution and Drogba appeared in the place of Fernando Torres. The player from Cote d'Ivoire was significantly more aggressive and made few shots, but overall the match entered the United desired channel. In the 60th minute Ancelotti made another change - Salomon Kalou for Anelka substitution. Chelsea seemed increasingly losing confidence that and in the 70-minute another blow was there for the Blues after it was Ramires deservedly sent off for a second yellow card. The Brazilian midfielder tackled Nani from behind. Soon after, the same fate could befall John Terry but referee Olegario Benkuerensa spared England international.

In 77 minutes Drogba escaped from the defense of United and with a solid punch on the diagonal put the intrigue back in the match. Just one goal could make a miracle for the London team, but seconds after the goal the host team stroke back. Rooney passed the ball to Giggs and the Welsh with an amazing pass delivered the ball to Park Ji Sung, who didn't give chance for Peter Cech. That goal finally broke Chelsea down and ended the match, so both teams were just finishing the match. Guests could still catch up, but the class of Van der Sar said its word. After the win United are waiting for their next opponent. United will face Schalke 04, who qualified with impresive aggregate result 7-3 over the present champion Inter Milan.

Although not playing in the match, Berbatov became an author of historical success. He became the first Bulgarian who is ranked third in the semifinal most prestigious club tournament.Man of the match was Ryan Giggs, who showed that despite of his age, he continues to play amazing football. He has 4 assists in the last 3 matches for the Red Devils, and was the author of all the assists for the goals against Chelsea in the quarterfinal.

In the first part of Litex was trying to lodge the ball more, but the defense of orange made frequent errors and a couple of times only luck that saved them from themselves to score a goal. Particularly striking were three situations in which the central striker in this match for the Reds Spas Delev left one on one against Nikolay Bodurov, but in all situations could not deceive him or outrun. Pit bikes are small motorbikes that participants in powersports events use to ride around the pits, which are the staging areas where team support vehicles are located. More recently, they have been used in races held on either supercross or motocross tracks. Numerous performance and aesthetic upgrades are often applied to pit bikes.

Originally, there was only one way to acquire a pit bike. A rider would buy a child's minibike, usually a Honda CRF 50 or Kawasaki KLX110, and apply all the necessary upgrades and modifications to build a competitive pit bike. Of course, a rider could also buy a used bike. Since 2004, manufacturers have begun designing, manufacturing, importing, and selling already complete pit bikes. These bikes are less expensive, and require less time to complete.

Pit bikes are powered by 4-stroke, horizontal, single cylinder engines ranging anywhere in displacement from 49 cc to 195 cc. A typical pit bike is usually a small dirt bike, but it has become common to be able to buy pit bikes with street-style wheels and tires. Pit bikes with street tires, as opposed to knobby tires, are used in Mini Supermoto Racing.

Pit bikes are frequently heavily customized with decorative add-ons and performance-enhancing parts. Many riders and mechanics bore-out or replace engines in order to increase displacement and therefore power output. Heavy duty suspension systems, are often a necessary addition, since the stock mini-bike suspension was designed for a small child. Wheel, brake, and tire upgrades are sometimes performed to improve handling.

Pit bikes also have their own separate competitions held with classes generally corresponding to wheel size. This is a notable difference from Motocross and Supercross competition, where classes are separated by engine displacement. Pit bike racing is a relatively new niche of motocross, and as such, there is no official governing body similar to the AMA.

Rooney at United for the 'long-term future'

Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney insists that his long-term future lies at Old Trafford, having recently put pen to paper on a new five-year contract after threatening to leave the club.

The 25-year-old England striker has had to live with suggestions that he only signed on to ensure that United would get a good price for him when he quits the Red Devils, but Rooney says that that is not the case.

He told the club's official website: "I read that I've agreed a new deal so that the club can agree a higher price with a different team somewhere down the line, which was a load of rubbish.

"I signed a new deal to stay here for the long-term future with United. I always made it clear I wanted to be at this club.

"I had my concerns and voiced my opinion, but at the end of the day I'm delighted that my long-term future is at United.

"I want to help the young players the way Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Paul Scholes have helped me. I want to be here and to continue to make this club successful.

"I can understand fans' frustrations with the contract negotiations, obviously it happened in the public eye which made it difficult, but at the end of the day the main thing is for myself and the club was that we managed to agree that deal.

"I've signed a new deal to stay here and my long-term future is at United."
