The test pilot of the Force India Formula 1 and the Mercedes star Paul Di Resta won this year's championship at the German track Touring Car Championship (DTM). His opponent and teammate Gary Pafet wins in the final round of the season in China, but failed to lift the trophy since Dee Resta finished second . Paul di Resta's title was secured by the confrontation between Mike and Susie Stoddart Rockenfeller six minutes before the end of the race. Last on the podium went Timo Shayder, followed by his teammates in Audi-Tomshik Martin and Miguel Molina. Jamie Green with Mercedes was sixth and behind him finished Markus Winkelhock Audi, Mercedes with David Coulthard, Matthias Ekstryom with Audi and Mercedes with Ralf Schumacher in the top 10.
