The national goalkeeper of Bulgaria is finally showing his full potential in his club Twente. The 22-year-old footballer is one of the main reasons for the first place of his team in Eredivisie and of the five consecutive victories of the team. In the past, Mihailov was heavily criticized; many people claimed that he was part of the national team only because of his father's influence; others said that he was completely worthless. However, the last two games of the national team against Wales and Saudi Arabia showed Bulgarian football fans that Mihailov deserves his place in the squad. His performance in Twente is not well-known in Bulgaria but further confirms Mihailov's talent. His critics have been silenced, and I hope that this will give him the chance to continue with his good games, especially for the national team which needs a good goalkeeper in the qualifications.
