Towards the end the match turned out of control, as the players from both teams started to tackle too hard, and in the 89-th minute Alexander Alexandrov from Cherno More(Varna) was sent off the pitch, for a disastorous tackle against Gregory Nelson from CSKA(Sofia). The match was a bad hit for the ambitions for the title of CSKA, as this round they lost another 2 points, and the last one they were beaten up with 2:1 by Slavia(Sofia). The last weak games of the reds caused their headcouch to be fired, so the one of the legends of the club, Dimitar Penev, to take lead of the team.
