If you look for a training for making six pack,you can see thousand of different ways to do it. Not all of these trainings work because you can not good looking body without strong diet and often trainings. If you try to make six pack, I will advice you first to make good diet. Person would have good looking stomach muscles when his fats become less than 8%. You can not burn fats only by eating healthy but you need to have work out more than three times per week. In the hot weather would be good, to go out in the park and walk for a hour or in fitness when outside is cold and raining. When you try to burn fats , you should not run faster than 6km/h because the higher speed causes stress to the body and you would not loose weight.
