Philipp Weishaupt from Germany won second leg of the Rolex
FEI World Cup™ Jumping Final on 20th April at ‘s-Hertogenbosch in an amazing
three-way jump-off against the time which was little. But it is runner-up, Pius Schwizer from Switzerland, who holds the advantage to go to
the next week's final competition which will decide the end result of the 2011/2012
title.
It was really hard evening for both the group of the horses and the competetors. Weishaupt’s friend and countryman, Marco Kutscher, was the only other starter to get the passing of the course set by Louis Konickx, but the current Olympic
champion, Eric Lamaze from Canada, didn't have luck and missed out on the final
barrage. He managed to get in the time frame and stop it just 500ths of a second off the pace and got out of the barrage with only one penalty but unfortunately he succeeded to finish fourth and couldn't make serious position for going to the final or moving himself to the closing stages.
