Fitness



In our modern society people often go to fitness. They use this sport for different reasons. Some of them trein fitness because they want to have beautiful and thick body. Others want to have big muscles as body builders. To loose weight you need aroud three treins per a week and good diet because when you loose your fats if you eat a lot you get them back on you. Now will we continue with something different treinning for big muscles. There are people which are in the fitness for most of their time which job is this. Their trainning up to fight days because their muscles shoul relax to have effective treins. For this reason Rusian scientists have understand that when you do your exercise if you don't press them to your full strenght you would relax faster so when you make series of exercises you should do 2 or 3 lower then your max oportunities and in this way you can make more series and big muscles. Also when you do exercises you should relax longer time which would help you to make bigger muscles but not more than five minutes. Also for muscles professional competitors use special diets with more proteins and smaller amount of fats. Others which also want to have for a short time very big muscles also buy this pills and use diets. This pills and diets are not helthful and you shorter your life. For example this body builders players die long early than other people. You should define your treining by what type of muscles you want to develop and how many treins do you have per week. There are different exercises for different muscles and different apparatus. You should read how to use them more effectively. You should try this great sport and make your muscles bigger.
